What Our members say

I have participated in the Onero exercise program at Maroochydore for 2 1/2 years and it’s been a life changing, rewarding experience for me in managing my osteoporosis. Working with simple, easy to follow exercises in a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment under the close, professional guidance of our Exercise Physiologists, I feel more energised and have achieved a remarkable improvement in my overall strength, my balance and my confidence.

The Nordica Health team has helped me to successfully improve my bone density, where in 2016 my bone density was assessed to be in the red zone (high risk of fracture and injury). My bone density has since improved being recorded in the yellow zone in 2018. The Nordica Health’s well-rounded program and guidance has greatly helped me to achieve my goals. I am healthier, happier and stronger. The companionship of ‘like-minded’ ladies also makes for a very enjoyable experience. Thank you.
